SICA / the Dutch Centre for International Cultural Activities is the support organization for the international cultural policy of the Dutch government. SICA stimulates and realizes international cultural exchange in collaboration with the (international) cultural field, civil society, the business world and governments. In Accordance with the international cultural policy’s SICA devotes attention to a number of countries and areas with whom the Netherlands wishes to intensify cultural relations, namely China, Brazil, Russia, Turkey and the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa). The European Cultural ContactPoint (CCP) and European Citizen’s Point (ECP) are both part of SICA and provide information about the European Culture and Citizens for Europe programme.
